Where do you get that velcro that’s used on baby bibs?

The kind where the hook part isn’t all sharp and scratchy, but actually feels just kinda bumpy? And is freakishly strong so the kid can’t rip it off? I want to make my sister a few bibs, but I can’t find any velcro like that.
You actually get velcro samples in the newspaper? Every week? What a strange thing to distribute with the daily periodical.

I tried searching, but I didn’t know what to search for. Thanks.

This is a special velcro called "soft & flexible" and comes in beige, black & white. Packs are 1 or 1.5 yards. Its made by velcro (the company).
I have sold it & used it for years.

I happen to live in Australia and no, we do NOT get free samples of velcro in the weekly newspaper.

However, you can by the stuff at any major haberdashery (Sewing store if that’s another word you guys have corrupted to mean something other than what it SHOULD be!) and some major craft stores.
