i am considering a Thermo Baby Aqua Baby Bath Seat
any ideas would be appreciated
Actually as a guy I first had trouble with baby gifts, but a girlfriend recommended a gift that’s always a big hit with the new mother, and is used for years by the infant into toddler age and beyond. I think you are on the right path in looking for bath items as that’s a big part of the baby’s life. The gift I always get now is a personalized hooded towel made of high quality cotton that lasts for years. One website called TowelHoodies at www.TowelHoodies.com lets you choose a custom ribbon to match the family’s style, and you can have the baby’s name embroidered on the towel.
Moms love having this cozy warm towel always ready for baby at bath times.
Anyway good luck in your search, but this one has been a sure thing and I still get comments from the moms years after giving this unique and personalized gift.

The digital photo frame is a cool idea! They will never grow out of it, can be filled with pics of bub and you are garuanteed that nobody else bought one too!!

Digital frame is great, and someone else answered a similiar question saying to buy a gift certificate to get family photo’s done. I would have loved that, we don’t have the budget to get proffessional pics done

I believe you are the only one to think of jogging stroller. These strollers are sturdy so babies can sleep even if their moms are jogging. I got the idea after reading some reviews from http://www.JoggingStrollerRatings.com
it makes me think, most moms forget about their figure after giving birth and worry about this so much after some time. hence, it will be good to introduce the idea to them. Many will give gifts for the baby but few (if not no one) will give something for the mom
