A couple of common items are
–Baby monitor (lets you listen to the nursery without going in there)
–Crib mobile (maybe you have one)
–Bath thermometer (or just use your elbow)
Hope you enjoy your little one!

MORE than enough. (If you’re breastfeeding, why do you need bottles and bottle brushes? Do you plan on returning to work very early?)
EDIT: Why the TDs? It’s really not a good idea to have bottles and/or formula on hand in the early weeks. It can make it too tempting to give a bottle when mom is tired and baby nursing very often. (And early bottles, even if they contain breastmilk, can lead to nipple confusion.) So unless she WILL be returning to work within the first couple of weeks, best to hold off on buying those items until 4-6 weeks at least.

In all honesty.. during the first month or so all I used was the carseat, diapers, wipes, onsies, receiving blankets, mittens, breast cream and pads, boppy pillow, and bassinet, somewhere in there he started using his infant seat too.
I had all that stuff too.. but really, they just need to eat, sleep, and poop for the first few weeks!
