All the baby showers I’ve been to were all ladys no men. Is there a reason for this?
Well it depends on two things.. either your neck of the woods or whether its a couples shower. I’ve been to so many where the couples attended that I like them more than the ladies ones. In fact I’ve also been to several where there were two ladies pregnant and it was a double couples shower.
Why dont men go to baby showers?

It’s girly, filled with girly things to do, it’s GIRLY… get the picture?
Some guys will go or make an appearance to support the Mommy, but not often. They’re not interested in all the cute stuff the baby gets like we are.

because its a girly thing.
some people do opt to have a co-ed shower.
my mother in law threw a co-ed shower for me when i was pregnant with my son. i personally was not a fan of it. i like all women showers.

I’m not sure but my DH was at mine. Plus we had plenty of couples there : )

It depends entirely on what type of shower the mother to be and those planning it want. We have a large, very involved family, so we decided to have a "couple’s shower"…all of the men in the family were invited and a lot actually came. It was fun, because it was more of a "party" with everyone there.
