What are the best stores to buy baby clothes?

My sister,Kim, just had a baby a month ago, and she can’t find anything cute to buy her daughter for outfits. She went to a few stores where she saw a few things that are cute, but they were all over priced, except for this one yellow and pink summer dress. But when she put the sun dress in the washer, the colors faded, and now it looks bad. Please help Kim and I find clothes for Stella by suggesting your favorite places to buy baby clothes! It will be very much appreciated. Thanks :)
I have a daughter and I would recommend TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. I bought a Ralph Lauren sleeper for seven dollars, a Nike outfit for eight dollars, and a Calvin Klein dress with matching hat for eight dollars as well at either TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. I’ve spent less on non name brand outfits. I got the cutest little t-shirt and skirt set for only four dollars! I always wash everything before wearing and have not had a quality problem with anything purchased from TJ Maxx or Marshall’s.

    I like Targets baby clothes…I have even bought several things from Wal-Mart, but the overall quality of their clothes isn’t so great. Targets are cute and long lasting. All of my favorite clothes were purchased from Kohls, but they are kind of pricey.

    Kohls, Old Navy, JcPenney, Younkers..They all have sales and if you sign up for their emails(they notify you first of the sales online and give you discount coupons either in the mail or email) I know Kohls is having a good sale right now..I just bought my son quite a bit of stuff and only spent 40 bucks! I ended up getting him a good 12 outfits.
