if you know the name you could make, or order, the name in wooden letters hand painted with a dino theme.
i make them as a side business and they are always a huge hit at showers and during other gift occasions.
maybe find some dino iron on or sew ons that you can put on a bib or onesie or blanket even.
you can make a taggie with dino print fleece and ribbon.
maybe find some youth books on ebay or amazon to fill in with.
