How much of a raise should I get as a nanny?

I am a full time nanny in the metro detroit area of MI for 3 kids all under 6 (but no infants).I do various tasks around the house ( kids laundry and dishes, picking up after them) including feeding the kids and taking them to and from school. I love my job, they treat me very well ( buy me gifts, keep me happy)
I just found out they are expecting a 4th child soon! Should I expect a raise? If so how much? the oldest child will be in full time school by the time the baby is born. I will stil see him on a daily basis for a couple hrs though.
I believe I care for thier children as if they were my own. I truly love them and do everything I can to care for them.

Also, I think the family can afford giving me a raise they live pretty GRAND ( nice things, nice vacations, nice clothes, good job…etc) But they will be having another child too….

how much do you get an hour for taking care of the older children? if you get X amount for older kids who are more self efficent then you should get X amount more for caring for an infant who needs your constant care.

yes you should get a raise since it is more responsibility but it is what your heart tells you to do

It would depend on how well you take care of the kids. Are the parents finacialy able to give you a raise? You should get a little bit of a raise since you will be taking care of an infant.
