Is the Whisper Ride Buggy a good christmas gift for a toddler?

I have a 14 month old. he loves anything with a steering wheel, cars….etc. Do you think the Whisper Ride Buggy would make a good christmas present for him?

I think it would make a good gift for him if he likes things like that.
