I’m 12 years old so I know what’s stylish in the teen world. But i want other opinon’s of tweens out there. I buy all my clothes from aeropostale,hollister,abercrombie and some clothes from justice.( i only have 2 dresses, a few lacy cami’s and a pair of leggings from there) I have 3 pairs of lacy leggings from Hannah Anderson(the colors are light blue, purple and hot pink) And I have two baby tee’s from walmart( they are grey and black) My jeans are usually from the Gap and I have a few shirts from Old Navy. All theses stores are in style right? (except for walmart but that’s kinda ok for some clothes)
I meant to say tween but i forgot the w and said teen ok?! and I do have skinny jeans. They’re really cool now. I don’t have converese yet but i might get them soon( i either want black or pink im not sure yet)

Sure, but you don’t need to buy name brands to look in style.
I’m 14 and have a bunch of name brand outfits, but i have a couple of really cute outfits from places like jcpenny and kohls that everyone compliments me on!

You’re going to get a whole bunch of different answers because some people love those stores and some hate them

ya i guess so lol for a 12 yr old but trust me if u go out of the name brand range and just look for cloths u like (pick a theme) then a lot of people will look up to u and compliment more, B original anyone can buy name brand but its way harder to find original cute outfits good luck!

its not really the brand put how you make your own style.you could just have a plain shirt a belt and jeans.plain but put the belt on your waist.cuter style..just be yourself

Well ur only 12 so it’s good ur not wearing designer stuff or anything. But yeah stores like abercormbvie, hollister, etc are stylish right now. But just to let u no as u get older its cooler to wear things from anywhere rather than brand stores. When ur a little bit older its cool to have the unique things that no one else has and shop at different places. I used to shop at all the places u shop at now when i was ur age but as i got older i just bought stuff from anywhere i thought had cute stuff. Brands and stuff are overrated and u it’s not like u aren’t cool if u don’t wear expensive hollister and abercrombie. I have a few things from target that no one has and i get tons of compliments on them and no one knows that i got it for $10 at target! So just get whatever and be yourself!

Teen? Your not even considered a teen yet. Buy some converse, Skinny Jeans, and Band shirts from Hottopic. Then we’ll talk. Prep. Also try PacSun, or Zumeiz. Great stores.

That’s awesome that you want to dress in style. But be yourself. I buy clothes from Carson’s and people alwas ask me if it’s from aero. Don’t try too hard to be someone you are not. But yeah you are trendy and stylish.

gap is not in at all and even more so old navy. Aeropostale i guess is cool for your age but i would say keep it less then 10%. HOllister and abercrombie are good and 30-60% of ur wardrobe being from there is a good number. Justice is a little girls store. I would if i were you for my main stores be macys, abercrombie, hollister, american eagle, and jc penny. Im sorry to break it to you, you are kinda a little bit below average. Wait.. im remembering im 13. haha BIG CHANGES HONEY u go through in your teen years. Kids dressed like you when i was ur age (if you are in 6th grade) exept for gap and old navy. Get pink converse, and also when your in 7th grade kids will shop les at aero. but in 8th grade DAMN some girls are gettign fanccy.. realy classy not just abercrombie but they are wearing colehaan shoes from macys HIGH HEELS. Now, you dont have to by that expensive clothes, but recognize that abercrombie is not a high class brande. It can be your favorite store but they do sell regular stuff. Macys will have very fancy tops for women and sweet polos for men etc. But nobody normal will have a wardrobe so pricey unless ur a celeberity.Thats why most teens have many clothes from preppy brandes because they dont want to buy a cheap cotton tee from walmart thats plain. no no no, they want logos streaking across their clothes.
