I am hosting a baby shower party and want to give a unique gift to all the guests for memory. There are about 100 people who will be attending. It should be nice gift and at the time affordable because of the numbers
Can you recommend one?
Well since you have so many people, you can personalize a baby item (such as mini blankies in pink and blue, a baby bottle, toy rattles, etc) with the name of the unborn baby and its due date or put the name of the parents expecting the child.
The guests will always have a lasting memory of the shower b/c it will be personalized on the cute baby goody! You can also include some food as well , such as cute little candies in blue and pink. Good luck, hope you have fun!
PS
And since there are so many people attending, you may be able to buy your personalized items in bulk and get money off!

you can get a basket ex. blue for a boy pink for a girl or if they don’t know you can get yellow. then get newborn diapers(because you can’t ever have enough) and a blanket and you can take it down to a place were they can stitch baby’s name or date of birth on it. Or you can get a picture of the two prospective parents and have that printed on the blanket. it’s really neat!! i got one of those at my baby shower. then get bath stuff for the baby and socks and of course little baby shoes. once you get all of that together get crete paper stuff that in there and arrange the items in a cute way and get ribbons and maybe balloons and attach them to the basket!

While your instinct is good, I would probably forego traditional party favours. Those little keepsakes are rarely kept and treasured by people who attend these events. If you wanted to get them something to remember the shower, then make sure there are plenty of drinks and food, a nice atmosphere and take pictures to send everyone instead of a little trinket. If you
insist on a party favour, I would make it something edible. Like cookies or chocolates in a little blue or pink box.
However, I do hope you have read up on etiquette matters when it comes to showers. If you need any advice I can recommend the website http://www.etiquettehell.com
